Arthur Critchley: Consultant, Arkadia Consulting Ltd

Arthur's early management career in HR and general management with Cadbury Schweppes and the Metalbox Group led to appointments at divisional board level with personal accountability for multiple business units. A founder Director of one of the UK's leading executive recruitment consultancies, Barnes Kavelle, in 1989, Arthur has provided support to client organisations through many hundreds of successful recruitment assignments in all major management disciplines ranging from board room appointments to graduate recruitment exercises. As well as particular knowledge and experience in manufacturing, including print and packaging, Arthur has managed many successful appointments in fmcg and the service sectors. Married with two independent children and living in Cambridgeshire, he recently completed nearly four years as a public governor for his local NHS Hospital Foundation Trust. He is a lifelong supporter of Everton FC and enjoys keeping fit at the gym, live theatre, listening to music, and annual skiing trips.
