Pip Martin: Managing Director, Arkadia Consulting Ltd

In 1986 this operation was sold to AGB/Pergammon and Pip was 1 of only 7 PER consultants selected to join this organisation. She worked in the London, Cambridge and Chelmsford offices.

In 1990, Pip joined ERAS (Executive Recruitment Advisory Services), an East Anglian based recruitment consultancy. Continuing to deliver bespoke recruitment assignments she began to work with psychometric tools to further support selection of individuals in terms of ‘fit' and ability.

In 1999, Pip was approached by Yorkshire based Executive Search organisation, Barnes Kavelle and invited to become a partner and open a new office in Peterborough. During her 5 years with Barnes Kavelle, Pip was involved with many senior manager and director appointments.
